FLOWSTUDIO BY LIA LABS
Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Flowstudio is an email marketing workspace run by Lia Labs. Agencies use it to plan, write and approve emails with their clients. This policy explains what personal data Flowstudio handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Lia Labs is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: sam@lialabs.nl.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address, and your role (agency or client). If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google data.
- What you put in the workspace: brand information, campaign plans, email drafts, comments, approvals and files you upload.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic, cookie-free visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) that do not identify you.
Why we use it
- To let you sign in and to show you only the workspaces you have been given access to.
- To provide the service: storing campaigns, drafts and approvals, and generating email drafts with AI when an agency user asks for one.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We use your data because it is needed to provide the service you or your agency signed up for, and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send marketing email from Flowstudio.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Vercel: hosting and cookie-free visit statistics.
- Anthropic: writes and reviews email drafts when an agency user generates or edits one. It receives the brand and campaign information needed for that email.
- Tavily: web search for research, using search terms about the brand's market. It does not receive account data.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and workspace content for as long as the workspace is in use. When an agency closes a client workspace or asks us to delete an account, we delete the related data, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sam@lialabs.nl. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove Flowstudio's access at any time in your Google Account under Security, Third-party connections. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
